The intake manifolds compatible with DCOE carburetors and throttle bodies are designed for cars with retrofitted DCOE throttle bodies or DCOE carburetors, especially in motorsport environments. The inside features a small dimple pattern (golf ball) that improves airflow and helps to even out pressure and speed variations in the intake manifold. This reduces turbulence and improves throttle control, resulting in smoother throttle response and more responsive engine performance.
The intake manifolds are 3D printed from Nylon CF, a carbon fiber reinforced polyamide. This provides a good combination of strength, durability, and lightness, as well as excellent heat and chemical resistance. The rigidity of Nylon CF helps maintain shape regardless of conditions, improving continuity and tolerance stability at both high revs and longer running times.
