Choosing the right material is important to ensure that the product has the right properties for its intended use. In industrial applications, materials are often required to be resistant to chemicals, heat, and impact, whereas basic PLA is usually sufficient for prototypes. Aliner3D helps you choose the right material and does the modeling for you if necessary.

FiloAlfa ALFALOY 35 / PC-PBT CF on hiilikuidulla vahvistettu PC-PBT-filamentti. Tarjoaa erinomaisen mekaanisen kestävyyden, kemiallisen inerttiyden, korkean lämmönkeston ja jäykän rakenteen.

FiloAlfa PP CF / Polypropeeni on hiilikuidulla vahvistettu filamentti, joka on kevyt, myrkytön ja hajuton. Se ei ole hygroskooppinen, joten materiaali säilyttää mittatarkkuutensa ja kestää kosteutta erinomaisesti.

FiloAlfa ALFANYLON CF / PA12 CF20 on 20 % hiilikuidulla vahvistettu polyamidifilamentti. Tarjoaa erittäin hyvän mekaanisen lujuuden, kemiallisen kestävyyden ja mittapysyvyyden. Materiaali kestää iskuja, naarmuja, kemikaaleja ja lämpöä.

FiloAlfa ALFATEIKO CF / PPS CF on PPS-pohjainen hiilikuidulla vahvistettu filamentti. Kestää erittäin korkeita lämpötiloja, on kemiallisesti inertti ja itsestään sammuva sekä tarjoaa hyvän mittapysyvyyden.

FiloAlfa ALFALOY 32 / PC-PBT GF on lasikuidulla vahvistettu filamentti, joka tarjoaa korkean jäykkyyden, erinomaisen mittatarkkuuden ja vahvat mekaaniset, kemialliset sekä lämpöominaisuudet. Materiaali on helposti tulostettava ja kestää iskuja sekä lämpöä, mikä tekee siitä vahvan vaihtoehdon ABS:lle ja Nylonille.

FiloAlfa ALFA TPU GF on joustava TPU-pohjainen filamentti, jossa lasikuitu lisää jäykkyyttä ja parantaa tulostettavuutta. Materiaali säilyttää korkean elastisuutensa ja kestää kulutusta, hankausta, repeämistä ja UV-säteilyä sekä teollisuusöljyjä, rasvoja, happoja ja emäksiä.

Alfapak CF / hiilikuituvahvisteinen ekologinen filamentti, joka on valmistettu kierrätettyjen PE-juomapakkausten pilkotuista muovi–alumiiniseoksesta, johon on lisätty hiilikuitua. Tulostusjälki on erittäin näyttävä, helppo tulostaa, myrkytön ja hajuton, hyvä kerrostenvälinen tarttuvuus, kierrätetty materiaali PE ja kemiallisesti inertti (ei reagoi helposti kemikaalien kanssa). 

Filoalfa PLA on biohajoava, uusiutuvista luonnonvaroista valmistettu filamentti, joka on helppokäyttöisyytensä ansiosta yksi suosituimmista 3D-tulostusmateriaaleista. Se tarjoaa hyvän mekaanisen lujuuden, pienen kutistuvuuden ja kiiltävän pinnan, minkä ansiosta tulosteista tulee siistejä ja mittatarkkoja myös ilman lämmitettyä alustaa. PLA on täysin myrkytön ja hajuton.
