Order, delivery, and return terms

ORDER INFORMATION

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided after placing your order. It will show the products ordered, the price of the products, the payment method, and the personal information provided by the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery costs for online orders are shown at checkout. Free delivery for domestic orders over €300. The online store will indicate the delivery costs.

When picking up products from our office at Gneissitie 8 A 8, 90620 Oulu, there are no delivery charges (the pickup time must be agreed by phone +358 400 683 101).

DELIVERY TERMS

The delivery time for stock items is 1–4 business days. Delivery times for customized products vary depending on the product, and we will notify the customer of the delivery time after receiving the order. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the shipping company.

RETURNS

The right of return is 14 days for products purchased from the online store. The right of return is calculated from the date the order is received. The right of return only applies to unused products in their original sales packaging. The right of return does not apply to customized products.

RETURNS / CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized and made-to-measure products are not eligible for exchange or return. This applies, for example, to products that are designed, modeled, or 3D-printed specifically for a customer.

When returning a product, please contact our customer service at aliner3d@aliner.fi or
+358 400 683 101. Customer service will provide you with more detailed instructions for returning the product.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the return, unless the product is defective or damaged (
). We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking code for returns.

We will inspect returned products and refund the customer for the price of the returned products if they are unused and in saleable condition (sales packaging must be intact and in saleable condition). 

We will refund the purchase price for approved returns within 14 days of receiving the return.
Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the order is canceled before it has been shipped (handed over to the shipping company). Please note that simply not picking up your order does not constitute a cancellation.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately at aliner3d@aliner.fi or +358 400 683 101. Customer service will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. The product will primarily be replaced by delivering a new, defect-free product.

A written damage report must be filed for damaged or broken packaging when picking up the package
at the pickup point (the company responsible for logistics). If you notice damage only after opening the package
, return it in its entirety to the pickup point and file a damage report. Aliner3D / Aliner Oy
is not responsible for damage that occurs during transport.

Processing of personal data. We process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering online orders. When you order products from our online store with delivery, you consent to the sharing of your personal data with a third party (the transport company). We only collect and store information about users of our online store that customers themselves provide when registering with the online store. When ordering products from our online store, the following information is required: customer name, delivery address, email address, and phone number.

The online banking paymentservice includes payment buttons for all domestic banks. It is also possible to pay using your company's bank details via Paytrail.

The card payment service includes all the most common payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Card payments are verified using the card companies' verification methods. 

Paytrail offers Walleyn, OP Lasku, and OP Tililuotto billing and installment payment services

Mobile payments: MobilePay, Pivo, or Siirto. Mobile payment account.
